HOW WE MAKE IT – Botanicals Undiluted Grain spirit made of wheat is distilled to collect only the purest portions of the run, (hearts), and then filtered water along with sugar syrup.
THE COTSWOLDS TASTE – SweetLiquorice root has a strong woody aroma, which is balanced by ginger’s mild spice and citrusy orange notes.
