GAJA SITO MORESCO: A complex, yet harmonious blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera sourced primarily from vineyards on limestone rich soils in Treiso and Serralunga. Each variety was vinified separately before blending. Fermentation is carried out in a mix of stainless steel tanks and oak casks.
