Crafted from molasses in a column still, it undergoes a unique maturation journey—three years in tropical Guatemalan ex-rum casks, followed by eight years in ex-Scotch whisky barrels. This careful ageing process defines its exceptional character.
DISTILLERY – DARSA, Guatemala’s top rum producer, famed for Botran and Ron Zacapa, benefits from the Hondo River region’s humid, tropical climate. At 185 metres above sea level, this environment accelerates maturation, resulting in light, medium-bodied rums with a distinct character and moderate sweetness.
NOSE – Indulge in the rich, aromatic profile of this premium rum, where luxurious notes of cacao and milk chocolate are elegantly woven with a subtle nuttiness and the warming scent of winter spices. A true sensory delight, crafted to elevate the most discerning palates.
