Cold-pressed from fresh organic blackcurrants and lightly pasteurised, this juice is made to keep as much of the berry’s natural character as possible. It is produced from directly pressed berries, with no concentrate, no added sugar and no added water.

The juice is unfiltered, so it contains the natural berry pulp and has a deep dark purple colour. It tastes as blackcurrants naturally do: bold, tart and quite sour. If you prefer a softer flavour, it can be diluted with water or sweetened to taste.
