Description

Wooden Cocktail Smoker Kit

This cocktail smoker kit is designed for adding a smoky finish to drinks at home, especially whisky-based serves such as an Old Fashioned. It comes with the smoker lid, a built-in glass rest, a scorch shield, a Quad-Flame torch, and 6 flavours of natural wood chips.

What’s included

  • Mahogany smoker lid with built-in glass rest
  • Scorch shield
  • Quad-Flame torch
  • 6 flavours of natural wood chips
  • Gift box packaging

Key features

  • Quick to use: create a smoked drink in under a minute.
  • Premium mahogany build: made with beveled edges and smoke-dispersion vents.
  • Fits most glasses: the lid includes a large glass rest.
  • Three smoking options: lets you vary the smoke intensity and flavour profile.
  • More than cocktails: also suitable for smoked cheese, nuts, meats and other food uses.

How it works

Place the smoker over your glass or food, add the wood chips, then use the torch to get the chips smouldering. The smoke is then drawn into the drink or over the food for a smoky finish.

Good to know

  • Butane is not included and will need to be added separately.
  • The torch uses refills available from most hardware stores.
