Small Batch Handcrafted Gin – Our gin is small batch distilled, in a 200L hybrid pot nonetheless, and is made out of a wheat spirit. Our recipe of tasty botanicals are added on to the pot to attract out all of their juicy flavours.
Made for Mixing – If you had been at ours, we’d be pouring you a stiff Columbia Road, over ice, topped with tonic and served with a grapefruit slice for a refreshing pre recreation. It can also be nice for cocktails and our gin stands up effectively within the classics comparable to a Martini, Negroni & Tom Collins.
Fresh Vibrant Flavour – Our gin is a flavour journey via our house within the East End. We use botanicals from the native road markets. Floral notes from the flower markets (Rose Petal & Elderflower), recent fruits from Broadway market (Apples, Oranges, Limes & Mango), and a vibrant spice not dissimilar to a Ruby Murray on Brick Lane. Celebration of the East End – For our first label we teamed up with native artist UncoolJohn who operates a stall on Broadway Market. The paintings on the label is impressed by the structure and the texture of East London streets. On our first label you’ll spot the Royal Oak on Columbia Road.
