Daniel Winemaker HaegiThe 3rd Winery will produce wine since 1985. HaegiThis small Alsace farm allows you to make wines. The annual production is very modest at less than 6 000 cases. Grapes are grown in a way that respects both traditional and indigenous methods. This Crémant is produced using Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. The delicate aromas and flavors of white flowers, citrus, and delicate rocks are all present in this delicious blend. It is finished with either brioche- or smoky notes. The mouth is balanced and marked by freshness. You will be satisfied. It works well as an aperitif, or when paired with white meats, desserts, and soft cheeses.
