Our whisky is made from organic Scottish barley. This has rich soils that produce high yields. Its subtle and sweet flavors are enhanced through gentle fermentation and carefully distilled.
Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness.
Even though it has a tiny footprint, the whisky makes a lasting impression. Our 100% renewable energy distillery has certified every bottle organic. The bottle is made from 100% recycled plastic.
