A dry sherry produced in Sanlucar de Barrameda, located on the Atlantic coast in the classic sherry producing region in Jerez, South West Spain. Manzanilla is similar in style to Fino sherry, however manzanilla has a unique and subtle tangy salty finish. Serve as a brilliantly refreshing aperitif or with seafood, olives or crisps.
Owned by the Barbadillo family since 1821, 7 generations of family sherry production.
Aged for 3 years in sherry butts (casks) under a film of ‘flor’ yeast which preserves the wines fresh fruit flavours while imparting its own unique bready/brioche notes.
