Manzanilla is similar in style to Fino sherry, however manzanilla has a unique and subtle tangy salty finish. Serve as a brilliantly refreshing aperitif or with seafood, olives or crisps.
Owned by the Barbadillo family since 1821, 7 generations of family sherry production.
Aged for 3 years in sherry butts (casks) under a film of ‘flor’ yeast which preserves the wines fresh fruit flavours while imparting its own unique bready/brioche notes.
