Jason and Archie run Black Cow from our distillery in West Dorset. Jason’s 250-robust herd of dairy cows graze on nearby fields and our vodka is distilled and bottled here via hand.

0 waste – At Black Cow we all know milk is treasured, so we don’t waste a drop. It begins via separating the milk into curds and whey. The curds make cheese (together with Jason’s award-successful cheeses) and the whey, which might another way go to waste is fermented, distilled and blended to make what we imagine to be the ‘global’s smoothest’ vodka.
