BOUQUET – This is a brilliant, straw yellow colour with a fruity bouquet, it has delicate, fruity notes such as apple and citrus fruits, with interesting hints of white flowers and sage
TASTE – The taste is harmonic, pleasant and elegant, it is characterised by acidity and by a note of almond which are typical of this vine
HOW TO ENJOY – Soave wine is pleasant as an aperitif and pairs particularly well with starters, soups, vegetable-based courses, risotto, eggs, fish, snail dishes and white meat with delicate sauces
