This “Extra Old” Rhum Agricole, benefits from the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée”(Controlled Designation of Origin), a testimony itself of its quality.
OUR PROCESS: Our Carafe Elixir is composed of three Extra Old rhum agricole aged a minimum of 6 years in American red barrels, old bourbon barrels and new French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES: The Carafe Elixir reveals a Rhum Vieux that is both rich and delicate, powerful and fine. Generous and bold, it reveals woody and spicy notes (cinnamon), notes of dried fruits (dates) and candied fruits, as well as greedy notes of gingerbread and mocha
