FROM THE PUGLIA REGION, ITALY: Our Primitivo comes from the sunny, dry region of Puglia IGT in the south of Italy where the soil is extremely fertile. This region is renowned for producing full-bodied wines with a fruit-forward flavour
PRIMITIVO: This Italian still red is made from a minimum of 85% Primitivo grapes, which are only picked when fully ripe and have their juices fermented for 21 days before being aged for 4 months in 350-litre French oak barrels for a very smooth wine
TASTING NOTES: Intense red with purple reflections, our Primitivo is a bold and fruity red wine with ripe berry flavours. The astonishing aromas mature over time to give complex jammy notes. It’s a soft and delicate wine that is well-balanced

PINOT GRIGIO: Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes which are taken straight to the winery to be crushed and fermented with selected yeasts and products. This results in a straw-yellow wine that is fruity with superior organoleptic qualities
