CLEAN & FRESH – This Chardonnay has wonderfully pronounced citrus, blossom and grapefruit aromas, with a hint of honey and pear. The palate is clean and fresh, with a mouthful of green apple flavours.
WINEMAKER EMMA RICE – “At least the wine will be good… With all the time in the world in 2020, we were able to nurture certain plots to ultimate ripeness, hence this, our first Still Chardonnay.”
KENT & ESSEX – The grapes were carefully handpicked and gently whole-bunch pressed; the juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain its freshness and fruit purity.

CLEAN & FRESH – This Chardonnay It The aromas are grapefruit, orange and blossom with a touch of honey. The There is a mouthful of apple flavours that are not seasoned.

KENT & ESSEX – The The Grapes were picked by hand and gently pressed. The juice was then fermented within temperature-controlled chrome steel tanks, preserving its fruit purity and freshness.
BRIGHT FRUIT CHARACTER – A really small proportion was fermented in outdated oak barrels so as to add a contact of spice while solely 20% was put by means of malolactic fermentation to protect the character & acidity.
