SANGIOVESE GRAPES: Chianti is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes that are pressed and left to macerate for a week, after which they undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentations resulting in a rounder wine that’s lower in acidity and full of flavour
TASTING NOTES: A Bright ruby-red wine that is soft and fruity, this Chianti is an easy-drinking red wine with scents of violets and wild berries and flavours of red cherry that add a fresh finish for a dry, full and properly balanced experience
PAIRING NOTES: Best served at 18°C, our Chianti is perfectly suited to accompany the hearty flavours of country cooking and as it ages it becomes ideal to pair with any roast, red meat, and cheese. You can enjoy this wine with lasagne and spicy dishes
