This Limoux has a yellow colour with golden highlights and a fruity nose with aromas of peach and white-fleshed fruit
On the palate, it has a seductive balance and a mineral finish
Serve with cod, grilled vegetables or a seafood platter
The wine is matured in oak barrels for 9 to 10 months
