A Recipe Passed Down Through Seven Generations – Lot No. 40 was created in 1998 by then Master Blender Michael Booth and based on whisky made in early Canada by his 7th generation forefather Joshua Booth. When Joshua emigrated to Canada, the plot of land that was given to him was lot number forty, hence the name.
