Moët & Chandon Grand Antique Rosé 2016 marks the Area’s forty seventh Antique rosé, crafted with the precision and artistry of Cellar Master Benoît Gouez. After navigating a year of difficult prerequisites, this sublime champagne was once aged for 6 years in cellars, revealing an atypical mix with an additional brut dosage of 5 g/l, epitomising refinement, and steadiness.
ON THE EYES: Medium red with good bluish reflections.
ON THE NOSE: A colourful mix of pink culmination like strawberries and raspberries is complemented by way of floral notes of rose and violet, with hints of gingerbread and chocolate adding depth.
ON THE PALATE: The palate is comfortable and harmonious, with recent raspberries at the leading edge. The sunshine construction offers option to a refined sweetness, finishing with a mild, ethereal texture.
THE PERFECT SERVE: Retailer in a dry, dark place. Very best enjoyed chilled at 8-10°C.
