Why peas? Peas are delicious and great for the planet. Our imperfectly perfect peas are ‘nitrogen fixers’ which rejuvenate the soil, helping future crops thrive!
We believe that greatness can be found close to home so we source what we can locally and sustainably. Not only are our peas 100% British, but the water, labels, glass (and even the sand to make the glass) are all locally sourced. The peas are then fermented, distilled and bottled all on our home turf – Manchester.
