MOSCATO D’ASTI: Created from one hundred% Moscato Bianco grapes, it is a frivolously sparkling, delicately sweet wine with an overly fine aroma accompanied by a straw yellow colour with golden reflections and boasting a gradual bubbliness. Absolute best served chilled at 6°C
SWEET & SOPHISTICATED: Highlighted by perfectly ripe grapes, the Moscato exudes refined aromas of woodland undergrowth, moss and lemon which play into the palate with notes of clean orange blossom flower, white peach and honey that result in a crisp finish
PRESERVING NATURAL SWEETNESS: The Moscato grapes are fermented till the wine has a 5% alcohol content and then the temperature is lowered to stop all of the sugar from converting to alcohol preserving the natural sweetness and aromatics of the grapes
PAIRING NOTES: Smartly suited to pairing with spicy Asian cuisine and very good for serving on the end of a meal with desserts, recent fruit, delicate to semi-aged cheeses, or with ice cream. Also ideal by itself as a talk starter. Experience it your method
