Bologne rum is an absolute must on the island, and more specifically in Basse-Terre, where it is produced
A supple, silky nose
The aromatic panel begins with notes of lime, which give it a lot of dynamism, followed by notes of ginger and cardamom, and a touch of mint and citrus fruit to reinforce its fresh character
A flavour and aroma enhancer, it is ideal for mixes, cocktails and long drinks, and can also be enjoyed as a fresh fruit ti punch
Ideal to drink in a cocktail, as a lemon “ti punch” or homemade fruit punch
Bologne applies a very precise low-temperature distillation style which, thanks to our copper column, favours the expression of the terroir and our varieties of cane, as well as finesse and elegance, while preserving the aromas as much as possible
