APPEARANCE & FLAVOUR: These beers have a pure-white, long lasting head, and a pale gold colouring with a slight natural cloudiness. Delivers the distinct Rothaus signature aroma, fresh Alpine meadow, accentuated by light grain and notes of yeast, with a hint of lemon.
FRESH TASTING: Upon first sip, you immediately notice a very fine carbonation that is well incorporated, almost like bottle-fermented beers. Accompanied by a perfect body, the beer fizzes as it settles into the mouth. Then appears the hoppy aromas, the Tettnang aromatic hops in particular provides refreshing, citrus notes.
