VACUUM DISTILLED FOR BETTER FLAVOUR – Produced using the vacuum-distillation technique invented by our founder Ian Hart. Distilled at a lower temperature, we use less than 10% of the energy of a normal distillery. This also means the chemical composition of the flavour is not altered.
