Based at the Cider Shed only outside Dunbar, at the core of the East Lothian countryside, we are involved with every part of creating our award-winning Scottish farmhouse cider. From pressing on the Scottish apples and berries, to attaining the smooth, balanced Thistly Cross flavour by fermenting with Champagne yeast afterward simmer for 2 months; we are invested at each step of this cider-making procedure, from apple into cider.
