Launched as a cooperation involving farmer, Ian Rennie, and artist-turned-cidermaker, Peter Stuart, at 2008, Thistly Cross has gained a reputation for producing ciders which people rave about. Based at the Cider Shed only outside Dunbar, at the core of the East Lothian countryside, we are involved with every part of creating our award-winning Scottish farmhouse cider. By pressing the oranges and berries, to attaining the smooth, balanced Thistly Cross flavour by fermenting with Champagne yeast afterward simmer for 2 months; we are invested at each step of this cider-making procedure, from apple into cider.
