The fruit for this Chardonnay is grown on our estate in the beautiful Casablanca Valley, where it is gently cooled by breezes from the Pacific Ocean.
When it is ripe, we carefully pick and vinify the grapes, resulting in this delicious, smooth, and fresh Chardonnay
Part of the wine is barrel fermented in neutral oak with native yeasts, and the rest in fermentation until the balanced flavors are achieved, enhancing the Chardonnays softness and creaminess without losing its freshness
