Tasting Notes – Whitley Neill Gin is a fairly softer and far smother than conventional gins, with wealthy notes of juniper and citrus, pot porri and exotic spices. The end is a protracted one, with a delicate fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peel, even as the nose is each citrus-sweet and peppery, with a particular floral aroma.
Tasting Notes – Whitley Neill Quince Gin. The aroma of clean stone culmination seems in an instant, lightly followed through hints of juniper and citrus zest. The unique flavour of quince dominates the palate, giving method to the beauty of apricots and peaches, with a protracted fruity end that opens out into orange blossoms and zesty grapefruit.
