CRAFT FRUIT AUTHENTIC RIPE – It features a smooth mouthfeel of plum puree, moderate sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste with acidity. It blended fully ripened plums, rapidly frozen to preserve freshness, with puree aged for over a year. Enjoy the smooth texture, balanced sweetness, and refreshing acidity of this unique Umeshu.
KISHU NANKO UME GENSHU – This authentic “Genshu” (unblended) type Umeshu is made by carefully selecting several types of unblended Umeshu from about 450 storage tanks by our Master Blender. We use 1.5 (*) times the amount of fruit that is usually used for steeping Ume at home. 385g of Ume fruit is used to make one bottle of finished product (720ml).
ORGANIC DAICHI NO UME – JONA certified 100% organic plum liqueur for the first plum liqueur. This fully organic plum liqueur has been tied to fruits for many years and is also a plum liqueur that draws out the power of the plum itself. This is a kind of completely organic authentic plum wine made from organic plums grown in Wakayama Prefecture, marinated with organic sugar and organic spirits.
