Winemaker Daniel Haegi started making wine in 1985 and will be the 3rd production Haegi to earn wines with this very small farm at Mittelbergheim, Alsace. Production is quite modest, less than 6,000 cases each year in total. Grapes are grown with a fantastic regard to native and conventional procedures. This Crémant is produced using Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. This tasteful blend offers aromas of citrus, white flowers and delicate rock fruit, coated with brioche or smoky notes. Followed by a mouth that is balanced, marked with freshness and delicacy. Satisfy together: very vesatile. Functions nicely as an aperitif or with fish, fish, white meats, soft cheeses and desserts.
