Tasting Notes: Style – Powerful and Unique. Nose – Highly aromatic with hints of marshmallow, caramel and a distinct salinity. Palate – Complex on the palate with notes of marzipan, vanilla and dark chocolate. Finish – Rounded out with raspberry, cardamon and oak.
Signature Serve: Mexican Old Fashioned. 2oz FAIR Oaxaca Whiskey, 1/2 oz Nixta Corn Licor, 3 dashes of bitters, Garnish with an orange twist.
