LEONE PROSECCO: Made totally from Glera grapes, this can be a well-balanced Prosecco with an attractively intense bouquet. The color is a pale straw-yellow and the mousse is obvious with a mild perlage. Experience its hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples
VINIFICATION: After soft pressing the grapes, half of the will have to undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C and half is stored unfermented at 0°C. The bottom wine is then made sparkling the usage of the Charmat method in pressurized chrome steel tanks
THE TASTE: An alluring nose that may be extremely fruity and pleasantly aromatic at the same time as the flavor is definitely-balanced and appealing with extremely delicate almond notes which might be typical of Glera grapes. It’s best served chilled between 5-7°C
