This Whisky is matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, It is bottled at 46% ABV and has a Kosher certificate.
TASTING NOTES – NOSE – Dark chocolate fudge with cinnamon and pepper spices, followed by lush fruit -green apples, mango, banana, and guavas.
PALATE – Rich and complex; A creamy texture with hints of vanilla, oak and cinnamon, and a hint of nutty toffee.

HOW WE MAKE IT – This whisky is made with local barley fermented for 90 hours to generate a fruity flavour. After distillation the result is a light, colourless, new make spirit which is diluted and put into casks to mature for just over three years
THE COTSWOLDS TASTE – Notes of honey, butterscotch, layered fruits, and a hint of marzipan. It has strong notes of tannin-rich malt on the palate with dark sugar, spice and caramelised Seville marmalade
BEST WAYS TO SERVE – We don’t believe in rules when it comes to enjoying whisky – sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail

Aged in double-charred ex-bourbon casks, accentuating the smooth vanilla notes, and in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, giving wonderful fruit and nutty aromas
