PROUD OF OUR ORIGIN: Our unaged white rhum agricole is produced from the distillation of pure fresh sugar cane juice and benefits from an “Appelation d’Origine Contrôlée” only given to the best of Martinique’s rhums, a testimony itself of its quality.
OUR PROCESS: The pure sugarcane juice, called “”””Vésou”””” fermented for 24 to 36 hours in open-air vats at the distillery. The wine obtained by fermentation of the pure sugarcane juice, is distilled at 75° maximum (according to the AOC rules) in order to preserve most of the natural aromas. All of it in respect of Martinique’s purest traditions.
