A vibrant and aromatic Vermentino, Giunco offers a bouquet of tropical fruits, citrus, and floral hints. On the palate, it’s fresh and lively, with a crisp acidity that pairs beautifully with seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, and light summer dishes.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow; intense with citrus peel, white-fleshed fruit, and tropical fruit with balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub and hints of iodine; the gustatory dynamic is brisk and at the same time enveloping, with freshness and salinity setting the gustatory rhythm and supporting the fruity and balsamic aromatic references.
Pairing: Fish soups, shellfish, stuffed pasta, fish main courses, creamy cheeses.
