HOW IS IT MADE – Merser & Co. Double Barrel Gold Rum is a masterful blend of six carefully selected aged rums from Jamaica, Barbados and the Dominican Republic. Once blended, this natural, golden, artisanal Rum receives a secondary cask maturation in ex Bourbon, ex Scotch, Oak Barrels in the heart of London for six months allowing the different flavours and aromas to gently harmonise for a smooth, refined finish.
