This hand-crafted Gin was created using the art of blending developed for classic spirits. It is produced by distillation of ciders in three small Normandy copper pot stills, and by the distillation of Juniper and seven other aromatic plants typical of the world of Calvados. Each one is distilled separately before being blended in unique proportions.
This is the only Gin incorporating 30 varieties of apple. Flavours of rose and lemon provide delicacy, while ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almond notes give the Gin a smooth, spicy body. Cardamom enhances its fruit and roundness in the mouth and juniper and apple complement one another with their heavy and high notes – spicy and crisp.
Enjoy in a gin and tonic with a twist, served with 2 slices of freshly cut apple and a thin slice of ginger.
